Young Lithuanian bass Raminundas Juzuitis began his musical career in the Siauliai Boys’ Choir. In 2005 he entered the Lithuanian Academy for Music and Drama in Vilnius, completing his undergraduate degree in 2011 and his masters in 2013. In 2011 he won first prize at the Young Talent Festival in Klaipeda in Lithuania. Awarded an Erasmus bursary, he moved to Germany to study with Frank Wörner at the State University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart. He made his stage debut in 2012 at the Helsinki Music Academy as Figaro (Le nozze di Figaro), followed in 2013 by Méphistophélès (Faust) with Baltic Chamber Opera. Since 2013 he has been a member of the Lithuanian National Opera in Vilnius where has appeared as Bartolo and Antonio in Le nozze di Figaro and as Baron Zeta in Die lustige Witwe.
