Elisa Plüss

Elisa Plüss, born in Zurich in 1989, performed at the Theater am Hechtplatz just after graduating from secondary school (in Bob Larbey’s Scho wieder Sunntig, director: Rene Scheibli) and in projects of the Zurich Academy of the Arts. In 2008 Christoph Schaub engaged the young artist for his cinema film Happy New Year. From 2010 to 2011 she completed a practical year in the drama department of the Burgtheater in Vienna, performing in Mogens Rukov’s and Thomas Vinterberg’s Die Kommune (director: Thomas Vinterberg). Since 2012 she has performed in Martin Kušej’s Die bitteren Tränen der Petra von Kant by Rainer Werner Fassbinder at the Munich Residenztheater. Elisa Plüss has been studying acting at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg since 2011. She is the winner of an encouragement award of the “Migros Cultural Percent”.
