For months, the performances of Luigi Nono’s Prometeo on July 30 and 31 have been completely sold out. On July 29, you have the opportunity to hear the much-anticipated production and to support the Kollegienkirche at the same time: the dress rehearsal will be opened as a benefit.
The Kollegienkirche, a unique performance venue, is especially dear to the Salzburg Festival. By opening the rehearsal, the Festival makes a contribution to the renovation of this wonderful baroque building.
The artists involved in the production immediately declared their willingness to appear without fees at the dress rehearsal – we are most grateful to them!
