Photo Service

You can find a wide selection of photographs of Festival artists, the 14 performance venues, the productions in all three genres of opera, drama and concerts, as well as the city of Salzburg in our section PHOTO SERVICE. 

For the media, all photographs are available for downloading in high resolution without a password. Provided the photographs are used for current reporting or reviews of the Salzburg Festival and appropriate credit is given, the images can be used free of charge. The photographer is displayed prominently next to the photograph. 

Photographs of the NEW productions of the 2013 Salzburg Festival will be available online two to three days before the premiere for your reporting and reviewing purposes.

Press Tickets

Accreditation requests for press tickets for the Salzburg Whitsun Festival and Salzburg Festival can be made from April 2013 onwards by sending an informal email to presse.karten@salzburgfestival.at.

Orders will not be filled according to the dates they are received. Tickets will be assigned solely according to print runs and relevance. 

Confirmations for the Whitsun Festival will be sent out by the beginning of May. Confirmations for the summer will be sent throughout May until the beginning of June.
