Luka Vlatković grew up in the artistic environment of Salzburg in a Croatian family and discovered his passion for theater, music and dance at an early age at the Musisches Gymnasium. In 2012, he began his acting studies at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna. During his studies, he already made guest appearances at the Vienna Akademietheater and became a member of the ensemble at the Vienna Volkstheater immediately after graduating in 2016. There he worked with Robert Gerloff, Philipp Preuss, Viktor Bodó, Felix Hafner and Calle Fuhr, among others. This was followed by guest engagements at the Landestheater Niederösterreich, Bronski & Grünberg, Theater in der Josefstadt, Werk X, the Bregenz Festival and Heimathafen Neukölln in Berlin.
Luka Vlatković has also appeared in numerous German-language film and television productions and has worked with renowned Austrian directors such as Wolfgang Murnberger and Robert Dornhelm. In addition to acting, music is his great passion. Most recently, he was the lead singer of the Viennese band Krayne; he played various instruments in several band projects and was the musical director and composer for various theater productions.
