The Percussive Planet Ensemble is a percussion group that has given concerts in cities such as Berlin, Nuremberg, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Mainz, Cologne, Bonn, Lübeck, Vienna, Salzburg, Graz and Linz, to name just a few. The Ensemble is also the regular cast of a major project, The Percussive Planet, which is a kind of musical journey across five continents. Martin Grubinger and his Ensemble demonstrate the various facets of percussive music, from Afro-Cuban music to salsa or tango, from pop music to contemporary works. The Ensemble is also dedicated to educational projects and workshops for children and young people, which it demonstrates through its immense enthusiasm and passion for these ventures.
