Conditions of participation in the Advent competition
Every Sunday in Advent, you can look forward to an exciting competition on our Instagram and Facebook pages. You have the chance to take part until the following Monday at 1.00 pm. The winner will be announced on Monday at 1.00 pm.
Please note the following conditions of participation!
Conditions of participation for the competition
1. general information
Participation in the competition is only possible under the following conditions. By participating in the competition, participants expressly accept these conditions of participation. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is neither sponsored, supported nor organised by these platforms.
2. duration of the competition
The competition begins on 1 December 2025 and ends on 25 December 2025. The respective closing date for entries will be announced separately for each competition.
3. eligibility to participate
All natural persons who have reached the age of 16 are eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. participation
Only one prize per person is possible per competition.
Participation is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of goods or services.
By participating, participants agree to be contacted via the social media account used in the event of a win.
5 Determination of the prize and notification
The prize will be determined by drawing lots from all eligible participants.
The draw will take place in the week following the end of the respective competition.
The winners will be notified via their social media account.
If a winner does not respond within 2 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a replacement winner will be determined using the same procedure.
6. exclusion of liability
The organiser is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the competition or the temporary technical unavailability of the competition, unless these are due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the organiser.
7 Exclusion of legal recourse and cash payout
Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment of the prize is not possible.
8 Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Data Protection Notice
The participation in the raffle requires submission of personal data. The data submitted will be stored and processed by the Salzburger Festspielfonds, Hofstallgasse 1, 5020 Salzburg, Austria, for the purpose of organizing and implementing the raffle. Any participant can veto the use of their data by emailing info@salzburgfestival.at with the following reference: “Widerruf SF Advent”.
